...so I built this a few days ago: Pegged up ready for the LE In flight.. I don't normally make such sails for myself but I spent a couple of days knocking this up for this years fests. It's on my Rev 2 wrap sail in these photos which made it quite nimble for it's maiden flight yesterday considering the light wind. It's exactly the same size and build technique minus the 'performance enhancing' panel cuts that Rev use but it fly's exactly the same as any icarex 1.5B. It's not a applique layered stitch and cut in the normal sense, its done in the traditional rev way via cut and stitch paneling with a few double sided details to make it look decent from either side. Those few extra grams of icarex for the details were balanced up on the other side so it flew nice and steady. It's also about 30g lighter than a Rev so it stays in the air a little better when the wind is low. Hope you all like it
