Count me in, I do like the interaction flying with the public (usually friendly) and a great atmosphere at this event, year after year it gets better!

A change of Date!
Due to circumstances completely beyond our control it is with apologies that we are having to postpone Streatham Common Kite Day from 13th May to 2nd September 2018. Unfortunately the ground is so waterlogged that it will not be ready for use by the original date.Streatham’s mini festival, Kite Day, will return to our beautiful Common on 2nd September 2018 from 11:00 to 17:00. The free event will be packed full of spectacular kite flying displays and is an opportunity for everyone to go fly a kite. We will have another brilliant line-up of kite flyers this year who will dazzle and amaze with acrobatic displays or astound with their huge static kites. But Kite Day is not just for the experts – the organisers encourage people to bring their own kites to fly. If you don't own a kite, why not make one or buy one on site Know idea who owns this kite

Hope you don't mind, but I have just copied this to the Kent Kite Flyers Forum.
