Not sure how, but after 25 years I have never owned a Roller Kite I had noticed this Roller design by the late Jilly Pelham was still made by Into the Wind in the USA, but they would not ship to the UK because of its length. Over the weekend I received an email discount voucher from Bilboquet in France, and happened to notice they had some ITW kites in stock this year. By luck, they now had a ITW Vertical Visuals Roller It arrived today, not too bad as Monday was a Bank Holiday
