Hay folks I've got a pilot lifter that I've only flown it the once, it was involved in an accident (My foult) and the bridle was distroyed, I haven't the gear or the knowledge to repair it. Can anyone please help me in my [glow=red,2,300]hour of need[/glow], of course I will pay for any exspence that may occure[shadow=red,left,300][/shadow]? Thank you so much for your kind generosity Damon

I am NOT having a ‘dig’ as it often happens to me, not as often but occosaniolly!
There is a ‘Spell Check’ button at the bottom near the ‘Post Message’ button. I mention it as it would highlight any spelling mistakes and correct them, making your posts easier to read. I am NOT having a ‘dig’ or criticising, honestly, and hope you take it as useful info you may have missed. I could have PM'd you but not everyone knows that button is there.
I am sure there are a few master kite builders on here that will sort you out with that bridle…can they not be joined by clever knotting?

that could be the case if the bridle was all there but Roy has it and the last time I saw the kite it was in quite a mess. The reason I'm asking if someone else could fix it for m is because Roy "Kites up" is really busy and he hasn't got the time to do it. It is brand new so I want to be able to use it again instead of t being in Roy's workshop.

Have a chat with Alan Reynolds. He is amk on the BKF forum. Try PMing him, whats the worst that can happen? He is the man that can with pilots.
Cheers,

I have no problem fixing it for you, the only problem would be getting from you to me and back. Is it just the bridle gone or is there sail damage as well?
I put pigtails on the sail and have removable bridles, for just such enventualities (plus it makes untagling easier)

Hay thanks I think its just the bridle thats gone, I'll get it back from Roy and let you know, maybe I could post it to you and then pay for you to post it back to me when you've finished? Damon
