Paul, You could make one, as per Simon's one and Greenman they are both home made and work perfectly well, but you need a camera with a intervolometer built in as per the Ricoh series, otherwise if you have a canon you could load a CHDK script to do this. Bought rigs very in price and range quite a lot! Look here at these links, or maybe worth contacting Gareth Williams see if he knows wher something is for sale? www.brooxes.com/www.kapshop.com/chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_for_Dummiesarch.ced.berkeley.edu/kap/discuss/

I don't know of any for sale. Do you have a camera already, or are you planning to buy one? The rig really needs to be built around the camera so you get the balance right. Working out how to release the shutter is the most important part. This can be built in intervalometer, CHDK for a canon, infra red, or some form of mechanical finger, but the last one isn't very popular these days as it induces shake. You may want to check out James Gentles electronic wizardry at www.gentles.ltd.uk/ which gives a lot of relatively cheap ways of releasing the shutter (and is used in the BEAK rig). You can pick up a complete BEAK autoKAP rig from KAPshop for about £80 but you need to know what camera you are going to use so the shutter release can be matched. You can build something very similar using some sheet aluminium and a small electic motor and gearbox (about £10 from Maplin). Total cost under £15. I built this Simple AutoKAP rig by Pitprops, on Flickr which has a Pentax S10 installed, subesequently replaced with a Pentax W80 because of issues with the IR release on the camera. This set of KAP images were taken in Kinderdijk, Holland using this rig. www.flickr.com/photos/pitprops/sets/72157624210046775/Drop me a Pm if you need anything more. Gareth
