Courier arrived at lunchtime today which was bang on the text they'd sent me which was a pleasant surprise!

We’ve worked hard this year and deserve a rest.
So we thought about heading for Budapest.
But it’s cold out there this time of year
And you need somewhere warm to enjoy a cold beer.
So we booked a flight to Fuerteventura.
To meet our friends where the air is purer.
A kite festival seems the place to be.
On a beach, where it’s warm, by a crystal blue sea.
A blue sky full of kites at the end of the season.
I can see no better rhyme or reason.
To sit in the sun with my feet in the sand
And watch the world pass by with a kite in my hand.
Come and join us for the year’s last glorious flight.
And create the islands most wonderful sight.
We will see you all out in that desert land
To fill the sky full of colour, that’s what we’ve got planned.
We will sing and dance and fly loads of kites.
We may just have a few laughs during the nights.
But we are going out there to put on a show.
So lets get on some planes and go, go, go.
See you all tomorrow.

Enjoy yourselves you lucky bar stewards...majority of you all left yesterday from a very rainy Gatwick and you will be pleased to know it is still raining here at Gatwick this morning.
Please do not bother posting live updates or group photos of you all in the sun, sea and sand, flying high, smiling and looking brown.....unless of course you want to pi** me right off.

Well that's the festival over for another year. Now to start the holiday lots of chilling and occasional visits out about. Weather is looking good so far apparently 29 degrees C tomorrow, So plenty of sun cream and dips for all weekenders on the island still.. Keep protected people ..
