Morning All, Seen in today's Daily Express, page 9. "£500 fine if children climb park trees or Fly Nuisance Kites"
Kite-flying will not be banned but fines of up to £500:00 could be handed out if they are flown "in such a manner as to cause danger or give resonable grounds for annoyance to any other person" Cricket, Football, playing with model boats and planes could also be outlawed in open areas. This is Wandsworth Council, in South West London. Will other Councils Follow........................................... Roy.

well that's our hobby killed then.
Same as the 'Nudity Law' if you walk around without a shirt and someone complains, you can be charged with a public nudity offence and put on the sex affenders register.
I can see Suffolk or Norfolk getting a mention here, Sorry Dick
