You will need to browse the site, but all the details are there. Note that there are both one- and four-line versions, I believe the plan is the same, only the bridling is different.
I'm struggling to find pics on the web of many of Kelvin's butterflies, there should be some of the Swindon workshop of a few years ago, but the links are down on the WHKF website at the moment. I cannot seem to find any of my pics from the two butterfly workshops that I did with Kelvin, either
And of course, I have no pictures from Basingstoke this weekend, as I was out flying one whenever they were up!
in both case you might have to scroll down to find the pictures, and you can click on them to enlarge them. I've dug out my two that I made in Kelvin's workshops, I'll take some pics and post the links when I can.

I've put up some photos and Kelvin's workshop notes, hope this helps. Any queries, I'll bring my kites and the notes with me at future meets, and we can discuss any issues.

Plenty of nice ideas, though, Dave I'm sure anyone wanting to make a papillon should now have enough info to get started, and any problems can be sorted. It's really not that difficult to make, after all I've managed two in workshops
For Simon, and anyone else interested in making one:
If anyone else has any links, please post here.
Before I go further into as much research as you have, this 'Simon' wouldn't happen to be 'captaingoldwing' from this forum, or another 'Simon' who actually does fly kites?
I have spent an hour looking for my Papillon workshop pics ( from 2008 I think? ) without success, and dependent on which 'Simon' you refer to I may have spent more time looking for pictures than he would flying a kite?
On a serious note, how many people are genuinely interested in making this kite?
