Ok Here goes,
When i insert the SD card into my windows 7 64 bit pc it does not auto open up so i can choose a action like it did on XP. I have to go to my computer and select the drive then open it up, it really winds me up if i had a peg handy i would peg my Pc!
Any ideas how i can get the SD card to auto open up, i tried this but this did not work!
1. Open autoplay by clicking the Start button, and then clickingControl Panel. In the search box, type autoplay, and then click AutoPlay. 2. To turn autoplay on, select theUse AutoPlay for all media and devices check box. 3. Click Save.

What type of content is on the card - you need to make sure you have an action for the type of content. It could be it isn't recognising the content type so try changing the entry for Mixed Content to Ask me every time.

Obviously the first thing is that you need is that the "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices" needs to be ticked.
If it is AutoPlay looks at the contents of the media you insert to work out what it should do. That's the point of all the different options. For example, if the disk is a standard music CD it will do what you select for Audio CD. If you hover the mouse over each of the options in the left hand column it gives a bit more of a description.
You need to make sure you have selected an action for the option that matches the contents of the SD card. If it's a SD card that just contains pictures and videos from your camera you need to specify what you want to happen for Pictures and for Video files; you probably also want to put in an option for Mixed Content.
I have most of mine set to "Ask me every time".
